Rental of Tuxedos

My daughter is marrying next Summer and we are planning and booking now.

My wife think's it is our responsibility to pay for the rental of the Bestman's and two Usher's morning dress. (Top hat, tails etc. You know how we do these things in UK!)

Proper tuxs for time of day

Our wedding is going to be at 11:30 in the morning, I picked out a simple tuxedo for the groom, groomsmen and the father of the bride. I was wondering if Tuxedos are too formal for that time of day?
